I have just started at NFP, but the girls have created such a warm and wonderful space that I feel like I have been going, (and have known them), for years.Aside from the breathtaking aesthetics, I have enjoyed a variety of three different styles of classes including: mat, reformer and stretch. I honestly can’t pick my favourite.The stand out for me has been the attention and time taken to warm up and cool down before each class, with a focus on breath work and avoiding injury. This is something I’ve never seen at any other Pilates studio I have been to.I would also like to give thanks and gratitude to Elli who listened to all my concerns after coming back from long covid. You guys do an unbelievable job and I’m so glad I found you. Here’s to Summer bodies being made in Spring.

Had the most relaxing experience here. Attended a Sound Meditation and can highly recommend attending this friendly environment.Staff were really helpful in choosing what to try out first.There is wide variety of classes and qualified teachers to suit.The venue is spacious and clean with lots of parking.Enjoying this space!

I wasn't sure what I was going in to Three Deep Breaths for, but I came out knowing more about my life direction and my natural abilities.Recommending Three Deep Breaths is easy because I gained so much from my first counselling session that I keep returning to find out more about healing myself. Bodyscape is a truly amazing place.It's a beautiful studio that immediately calms you the second you walk through the door.Rosanna and her team are so welcoming and very friendly. As a complete beginner I was nervous, but Cherry (who lead the classes I attended) was wonderful and helped me when needed.I cannot recommend Bodyscape enough!

Great atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door. Was greeted by a gentleman who explained the process to me. Was very welcoming. First time here! Lots of great explanations given and I must admit, I was surprised at how relaxing it was. So nice. So nice, in fact, that I bought a three for two on my way out. Well done guys and see you soon.

Excellent Tai Chi master and fortunate to find this school. Just need to observe how good their students are. The senior students here are always helpful and friendly, they will share with you and help you along in your Tai Chi journey. Amazing vibe
