Highly recommend Jae as a competent and thorough remedial massage therapist.I started seeing Jae with stiffness and soreness in my shoulders and neck. Jae had a tight deadline of only a few weeks to improve my condition before an athletic event. Through a combination of dry needling and remedial massage, he was able to get me fit and ready for the event!

My back pain has really played up the past few months. Seeing physio weekly with minimal reduction in pain.After 1 session with Jae for remedial massage and dry needling I walked out with a huge improvement immediately. I can highly recommend Jae. He is professional, very friendly and an amazing therapist! I get really bad period pain and some months I can’t leave my bed for a few days even if I take painkillers. I have nearly passed out before due to the pain. Jae treated me twice when I had severe pain and both times after the treatment the pain was nearly gone which is incredible! Jae also showed me what I can do throughout the month to help reduce the pain.
